#1Secrets:My 3 secret morning routine to start my day energized and motivated.

Your mood in the morning affects your performance and overall behavior the whole day.

Kringgggggggg-thats the very first thing we all hear early in the morning. Honestly, I don’t like waking up very early-not an early bird. Just like you reading this, every time my alarm alarms, snooze for five minutes is a must. I cuddle myself with my pillow and cover my face with my blanket and go back to sleep in my nice warm bed. I bet you want to change that habit of waking up late.I know you already knew how to but for the sake of those who doesn’t I will be glad to tell you.Sleep Early Lads.

Obviously we all know that if you sleep earlier you wake up…

So let us get over that. Let us now go to my 3 secret morning routine.

1. Set up a more pleasant alarm sound.

According to sleep expert Michael J. Decker, Ph.D., associate professor in the school of nursing at Case Western Reserve University, many of us (at least anecdotally) suspect that a more pleasant alarm sound leads to a more pleasant awakening. Even Decker himself sets up his own favorite music by Elvis Presley, “Follow that Dream”to remind him to get up and look forward to the day. Now you’ll probably want to sleep so you could try if this works when you wake up. Go ahead buddy and when you have woken up,Smile.

2.Exercise

It seems to be a very tough morning if your day starts by exercising. After the activity you are tend to be tired so you’ll rest and eventually be snoring throughout the morning. However according to Robert Gotlin, DO, a specialist in sports medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital and Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City, the psychological part of exercise has been shown to directly correlate with energy levels: You feel better and feel more energized. Also the benefits of exercise for your energy level are twofold: Exercise boosts your body’s fitness and also your mood, both of which contribute to your overall health and well-being.You can walk for just 5 minutes or do a yoga. If you want to get some groove you can do a zumba instead, There are plenty of exercises out there but be sure to do some stretching beforehand, you don’t want to break some bones buddy. Don’t forget to smile.

3. Last but not least, Talk to yourself on the mirror.

Yes you’ve read it right, talk to yourself on the mirror. It may sound crazy hearing yourself talking to yourself on the mirror.Look to yourself straight on the eye on the mirror and tell yourself things that you think will help motivate and boost your confidence such as, “You are beautifully and wonderfully made by God”, “You are strong you can do this”, “You are so gorgeous”,etc. I’m sure there are plenty of good things in you. No one will motivate and boost your confidence better than yourself. That confidence starts with you believing in yourself. While doinis, Smile.

Honestly speaking, these are just routines that I do to help me start my day happy and excited. What truly contributes to my mood in the morning is my willingness to be energized and be happy. “Happiness is a choice” afterall. It all really depends on how you are going to make your day first thing in the morning. Nothing and no one can help you if you don’t help yourself. I hope these secrets helped you as much as it had helped me start my day happy. Now it all depend on you. Happy Morning buddy!
